The adidas Women’s 5K Challenge is a fun run for women of all ages taking place in Hyde Park.

RACE DAY – 26.43 PB. With a sprint finish at the 5km, I pushed self, past everyone, and I have to admit, I still get the buzz from races, from the hyped up welcome at the start to motivate everyone, to the crowds at the sides shouting encouraging support on a Sunday morning.
Weather very warm and sunny, I could overhear others being nervous, and children dressed in bright pink tutus and leggings. It was definitely a fun event today. When I train by my self, you forget how any activity is for others. Such an achievement for all.
